I love fall. I love hot pot.
Of course I could have hot pot in the middle of the blazing heat of July, but it's just especially enjoyable in the fall and winter.
Lamb. Napa. Vermicilli noodles. Fish cakes. Spinach. Enokitake. Udon.
We love it all. So much that we didn't really take many pictures before throwing it all into the broth.
Originally, we had aimed to go to Q restaurant in Chinatown, but the wait was too long and so decided to move to Kaze Shabu Shabu, only a block away. It's just nice being able to spend time with family and eat until your heart's content, and of course, take selfies shamelessly.
It's embarrassing to say that I ate an entire combo of lamb by myself, but I regret nothing.
