And so the traveler returns to Boston for another fun-filled weekend.
Breakfast at noon (lunch) at a Brazilian breakfast place a couple blocks from my house that I've never actually eaten at; huge omelettes, sweet corn in their burgers, and delicious fruit smoothies.
Dinner at a newish(?) Japanese restaurant on Newbury St. (Umai Ma) after about 9 hours of shopping at the Cambridgeside Galleria and Newbury St. (feet were killing us needless to say) was delicious. I recommend the Chef's Special dinner bowl !
Reunion of our apartment suite 214 from WPI after two years with drinks near the North End was pretty sweet hehehe :)
Topping off the weekend with a traditional Boston Lobster roll (my first :O) from Quincy Market, and cannolis from Mike's Pastry in the North End. I really need to take more advantage of what's around me in Boston :P
Reminiscing, catching up, and beautiful summer weather, it was a great weekend. The more reunions I have with my friends post-graduation, the more I realize how short life is and how happy I am to have the time to spend with them. Anyhoo, cheers to more reunions to come!
